San Gorgonio Mineral & Gem Society
Mineral and gem society of the San Gorgonio Pass, which runs the Gem & Mineral Building at the Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival in Indio every February. Meets on the first Tuesday of each month at the club's clubhouse, 50171 Ramona Street, Cabazon (potluck at 6 PM, meeting at 7 PM). Lapidary shop days on Saturday mornings, field trips such as Garnet Hill, the Indio Hills and the Indian Wells club's jasper-agate claim, and the monthly newsletter Pick & Shovel.
