Gem and mineral club of the High Desert, with its own clubhouse and lapidary shop at 15056-B Seventh Street, Victorville. Meetings on the third Saturday of each month at noon; all are invited, with a free raffle ticket for rock prizes. Lapidary and silversmithing, a Junior Rockhounds program, field trips to find special rocks in the local desert, and the long-running Stoddard Wells Rockhound Tailgate every March (moving to the Slash X Ranch near Barstow in 2027).
