Gem and mineral club organized in 1950 in Paradise; after the 2018 fire it moved to Chico, with a classroom, showroom and a larger shop at 629 Entler Ave., Suite 64. Monthly potluck meetings at the clubhouse, member shop nights and open sessions, monthly classes in silversmithing, casting and carving, and monthly collecting trips. The club also organizes gold panning trips, for example on Butte Creek.
